How to make a no-bake cheesecake

1.Prepare 80g of unfilled biscuits, put them in a bag and press them into powder with a rolling pin.Melt 40g of butter in heat-proof water and pour it into the biscuit powder.Stir evenly and then put it into a grinder (I don't have the inner pot of a small rice cooker for a grinder) and flatten it.A cake base would be nice.

2. Pour 200 ml of milk into the pot, add 5 slices of cheese and gelatin powder (each Each brand is different, about 5-10g according to the instructions), add an appropriate amount of honey or powdered sugar or white sugar. You can also add some condensed milk, if you don’t have it, you don’t have to.Stir all ingredients evenly and heat until almost boiling (all ingredients are melted, no particles)

3.After the milk liquid in step 2 has cooled down, pour in 200g of thick yogurt and stir until there are no particles. It is best to sift.Pour 1 on top of the cake base, pour slowly to prevent the cake base from being damaged by excessive force.(The cake liquid may be a little thin at this time, but don’t worry, the gelatine will emit energy like a small universe to solidify all the materials)

4.Put it in the refrigerator for more than 4 hours, preferably overnight.Take it out from the grinder and the cake is ready~

5.Take it out, Cut it! start!
