Ingredients
Cake flour ( 115g ) | Dried cranberries ( 35 Grams ) |
Whole egg liquid ( 15 grams ) | Butter ( 75g ) |
Powdered sugar ( 60g ) |
How to make cranberry cookies

1.Prepare all materials

2.After the butter has softened at room temperature, add powdered sugar and cranberries, mix well, and sift in the cake flour.

3. Knead into a smooth dough.

4. Arrange the dough until it is about the same size as the mold.

5.Put plastic wrap into the mold, then put in biscuit materials and shape.

6. Take it out from the mold, put it in the refrigerator for 1 hour, take it out and slice it.

7. Cut and arrange neatly, leaving a blank space for each piece.

8. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees and heat up and down for 15-20 minutes.

9. After cooling, put it in a sealed container and eat as you go.
Tips
This was the first time I made it and the margins were too small.After baking, they stuck together.The shape was a bit ugly, but it didn’t affect the mood of the foodie.It will be better if the space is larger next time.
