How to make egg white cookies

1. Prepare the ingredients: weigh the required ingredients and soften the butter in advance.

Tips
If you don’t have a piping bag, you can just use a plastic bag and cut a hole of suitable size to squeeze out the batter.
When squeezing the batter, the distance between them should be larger, because the biscuits will become flakes after baking, and if the distance is too small, they will stick together.
