Ingredients
Cake flour ( 130g ) | Peanuts, walnuts, black and white sesame seeds, wheat germ ( 100g ) |
Butter( 50g ) | Sugar ( 40g ) |
Water ( about 20g ) |
How to make peanut, walnut and sesame whole grain biscuits

1. Roast and grind peanuts and walnuts, add black and white sesame seeds and wheat germ.Mix and set aside.

2. Beat the butter.

3. Add sugar to the butter being whipped three times and continue to whip until it turns white as shown.

4.Sift the low flour and sift into the beaten butter.

5. Mix the flour and butter evenly.

6.Add peanut walnut material, the material prepared in step 1.Knead evenly.

7. Knead into a smooth dough and press it flat.

8. Place oiled paper on top and bottom, and roll out the dough flat with a rolling pin.

9. Roll out the dough to the thickness you need and evenly.

10. Use a small mold to emboss the cookies one by one.

11. Take out the pressed biscuits and place them on a baking sheet lined with greaseproof paper.Preheat the oven.Heat to 100 degrees and put the biscuits in the oven at 120 degrees for 15 minutes.

12. Bake and let cool.
