Low-gluten flour ( 130g ) | Whole egg liquid ( 20ml ) |
Butter ( 80g ) | Powdered sugar ( 30g ) |
How to make cranberry cookies

1. Prepare ingredients.

2.Put the powdered sugar into the softened butter and stir evenly.Need to be dismissed.

3.Add egg liquid and beat evenly.

4. Add chopped dried cranberries.(If the dried cranberries are small, there is no need to chop them)

5.Sift in the flour , stir evenly and knead into dough.

6. Line the biscuit grinder with plastic wrap or oil paper.

7.Put the kneaded dough into a grinder lined with oil paper or plastic wrap , press it flat and put it in the refrigerator for about 1 hour until the dough becomes hard.

8. Take the frozen dough out of the grinder and cut it into thin and even pieces..

9. Place the cut dough pieces on a baking sheet lined with oil paper , leaving a certain distance between the noodle pieces.Place in the middle rack of the preheated oven, heat up and down to 170 degrees Celsius, and bake for about 30 minutes.

10. Bake until the surface of the biscuits is slightly golden, turn off the heat and take out the cranberry biscuits , let cool, here is a picture of the finished product.
Tips
Just stir the butter evenly, no need to whip it; don't chop the cranberries too finely; please determine the baking time and temperature according to the actual conditions of your own oven.
