Sunflower oil ( Appropriate amount ) | Chopped green onion ( Appropriate amount ) |
How to make scallion pancakes

1.Prepare warm water and flour and mix them with chopsticks into a flocculent form

2.Make it into a ball with your hands and wake up for 30 minutes

3. Chop the green onions, add sunflower oil, thirteen spices, salt, and stir evenly

4. Roll the dough into a large cake and serve with the chopped green onions

5.Roll up the dough and cut it into small sections with a knife

6.Pinch Twist both ends of the small piece into a round cake

7.Roll the round cake into a bigger size

8.Put a small amount of oil in the pot, turn down the heat after the oil is hot

9.Put in the rolled dough

10.Turn over to the other side and continue frying until both sides are golden brown and the middle is puffy

11.Place it on a plate and it’s ready to eat
Tips
The noodles should be soft, use warm water and low heat to avoid burning
