How to make red bean cake

1.First make the red bean filling and cook the red beans in a pressure cooker It sucks, because I haven’t soaked it before, so I put more water. If I soak it a few hours in advance, just put the water just enough to cover the red beans

2. Filter out the water from the cooked red beans, heat a non-stick pan and pour in a little oil, pour the red beans into the pan, add sugar and stir-fry off the excess water

3. During the frying process, use a shovel to crush the red beans, press them into red bean paste, and add a little honey

4.Continue to fry until the water dries up and it is ready to serve

5. Now make the crust, pour the flour and glutinous rice flour into a basin, and add baking powder
6. Add water and mix into a dough, knead evenly and sprinkle dry flour on top to avoid sticking to your hands
7. Divide the dough into small balls, first stick some peanut oil with your hands, then knead the dough and press and stir-fry it so that it will not stick to your hands.Add the red bean filling

8.Crush the mouth into a circle

Tips
I didn’t use yeast for this flour, so I added a little baking powder to make the crust softer and reduce the waiting time for the dough to rise. The glutinous rice flour changes the texture. If I use all the glutinous rice flour, it will be too sticky, so I only add a small part.
The red beans are cooked and submerged in the blender, because I want to have the texture of coarse honey beans, so I added a little honey.
I ate several of them as soon as they were made. They were so delicious and had a soft texture. My mom also said it was delicious. It didn’t harden after cooling and was still delicious., the red bean paste with a little honey is more delicious than the usual red bean paste. My daughter ate 5 of them when she came back from kindergarten. You must know that my daughter never eats stuffings, she only eats the skin. This time she took one bite When I bit into it, I even ate the stuffing, and I said it was delicious.Of course, I made it small, so you can make it any size you like.I eat it myself, so I’m not particular about the shape.
