
Ingredients
Whole wheat flour ( 400g ) | Skim milk ( 150ml ) |
Yeast ( 2-3g ) | Baking powder ( 3g ) |
White sugar ( two spoons ) |
How to cut steamed buns with whole wheat milk-flavored knife

1. Pour the yeast into 50ml warm water and stir well and set aside

2. Mix baking powder, white sugar and whole wheat flour together

3.Pour the prepared yeast water into the mixed whole wheat flour

4.Pour in appropriate amount of milk and stir until it clumps

5.After kneading the dough, cover it with a damp cloth and place it in a warm place to ferment for 1-2 hours

6. Squeeze out the excess air from the fermented dough and cut it into the shape as shown in the picture

7. Steam for about 20 minutes and then simmer for 5 minutes before boiling
Tips
1.Use your fingers to ferment the dough Just press it until it does not bounce back or sink
2.Use cold water to steam the steamed buns
