How to make cocoa powder two-color steamed buns

1. Dissolve yeast powder with warm water and mix well

2. Flour Add yeast liquid and stir to form snowflakes, gradually add water, do not add it all at once

3.Cocoa powder, Add yeast liquid to the flour, stir and knead into a ball as above, cover with plastic wrap and wait for fermentation for 30 minutes

4.As shown below after fermentation

6.Cocoa powder dough

7. Roll out the two colors of dough into pieces, overlap them, and roll them up

8.Cut and wait for steaming

Tips
Be sure to knead it more, don't be like me, the buns are not shiny at all
