How to make small apple steamed buns

1.Mix the yeast with warm water

2.Pour into flour

3. Stir into Flocculate, knead into a smooth dough, cover with plastic wrap and ferment

Small Tips
① You can cut the leaves without a knife and use toothpicks, but it will not be obvious when steamed.② Make sure to proof them twice in the steamer, so that the steamed buns will be soft and delicious.
