Soy sauce tofu Method

1. Wash the old tofu and cut it into pieces.Dice garlic, onion and shallot.

2.Heat the pan and add an appropriate amount of salad oil

3. Over low heat, add garlic and onion diced, stir-fry over low heat until fragrant.

4.Put in an appropriate amount of soybean paste and seafood sauce, and stir-fry slowly to create a rich sauce aroma

5.Put in appropriate amount of water and stir evenly.

6.Put in the old tofu, a little sugar, and then turn on the fire

7. Until the sauce is thick, taste and fine-tune according to your own taste.

8. Remove from the pan and sprinkle with a little chopped green onion.
Tips
Don’t add too much green onion at the end, it will just taste like sauce.
