Flour ( 300 grams ) | Yeast ( 3 grams ) |
Warm water ( 1 bowl ) | Tahini ( 20g ) |
Sesame oil ( 3 grams ) |
How to make sesame rolls

1.Add 3 grams of yeast to 300 grams of flour, mix with warm water to form a smooth dough, and set aside to ferment (about one and a half hours in summer)

2.Take out the risen dough, knead it thoroughly and deflate it

3.Take a piece of dough, roll it into a sheet with a rolling pin, and apply a layer of sesame oil evenly on it

4. Brush a layer of sesame sauce (I applied less, you can brush more sauce to make it more delicious), and sprinkle salt and pepper evenly on top

5. Roll up from one side and seal.After rolling it, slowly stretch it and make it as thin as possible

6.Use a knife to cut into even pieces Long strip, about a palm long

7.Take one strip and cut it in the middle

8.Put the two ends towards the middle and pinch the back as shown in the picture below

9.Make the rolls one by one and let them rise for ten minutes

10. Boil water in a pot, put in the Hanaki and steam for 20 minutes, then simmer for three minutes
