How to make purple sweet potato rose rolls

1. Wash and steam purple sweet potatoes, pound into puree and set aside
2. Dissolve the yeast with warm water, then put the purple sweet potato puree, white sugar and flour into a basin and mix well, and knead until the surface is smooth

3.Put it in a warm place, cover the basin with a wet towel and ferment for 40 minutes, until it reaches 1.5 times in size.Then knead the dough to deflate the dough, divide it into 30g-sized dough, and make it into flower rolls.Wake up for 5 minutes and steam in the pot.(The process of making flower rolls is not convenient for one person to take pictures) I will post detailed steps next time

4. Steam for 15 minutes and remove from the pot.I use a rice cooker to steam rice, and I can only make 8 at a time.

Tips
Be patient when kneading the dough.The three lights are face light, hand light and basin light.
Purple sweet potatoes are relatively sticky, so you can sprinkle some flour on them when rolling them out later.
