Ingredients
Low-gluten flour ( 180g ) | Butter ( 100g ) |
Fine sugar ( 50g ) | Whole egg liquid ( 30g ) |
Almond slices ( 50g ) | Coffee powder ( 15g ) |

1.Ingredients required.

9. Adjust the oven to 170 degrees to preheat.Then take out the biscuit strips and cut them into biscuit sheets with a thickness of about 0.5-0.6cm.Place on a baking sheet lined with greaseproof paper.Continue to bake at this temperature up and down for 25 minutes.

Tips
1.If you don’t have almond slices, you can add some chopped almonds, cashews, or walnuts.
2.Everyone’s oven has different temperature differences, so you need to watch carefully in the last few minutes to avoid burning the cookies.
3.This kind of biscuit is frozen and needs to be frozen hard before being sliced.Try to cut it into the same thickness so that some will not be mushy and some will not be cooked when baking.
