How to make noodles

1.Kneading dough:
Put the flour in the container.According to the proportion, use chopsticks to stir the water into a flocculent state.Leave no dry noodles.
2. Knead the fluffy dough into a ball, and knead more for the first step.The surface of the dough should be smooth.Three-light policy: hand light, surface light, and container light.

3.Wrap in plastic wrap and let stand for 30 minutes.

4.The noodles are good.(Click the rolling pin on the side)
Enter the second step of kneading:
Knead from the outside to the center until the dough is hard and chewy.It's very tiring, so you have to persevere.
5. Organize them into one piece, this is very important.The third step of kneading.Or it can be kneaded into a cylinder shape, and the surface must be whole.It’s all about kneading.Let sit.

6. Prepare tools: sharpener.

7.Slicing noodles:
I have practiced this step many times.
Put the surface flat on the chopping board or hold it flat with the palm of your hand.The axis bead of the knife is facing down.The knife is parallel to the surface.Apply force evenly.Use the normal and easy technique, starting from the axis, 90 degrees from top to bottom.Push straight line, as shown in the figure.The thin and even noodles came out.
8.First spread a layer of thin noodles on the panel, and the shaved noodles will fall on it and shake up.Just one click and it'll be fine.You can boil water and cook noodles!

Tips
