How to make cranberry cookies

1. Melt the butter first, either with hot water or in a greenhouse

2. Pour the powdered sugar into the melted butter, stir evenly, do not beat, use slow speed, mainly to dissolve the powdered sugar.

3. Pour in the whole egg liquid and stir evenly.

4. Then add the cranberries (cut a few times lightly, not too broken), evenly Stir.

5. Sieve in the low flour in batches and stir evenly until the dough is formed.

6. Shape the dough into a rectangle, wrap it with plastic wrap, and put it in the refrigerator to chill 40 minutes, or an hour, not too long or difficult to cut.

7. Cut into 0.5 cm thick and place on a baking sheet (put oil paper under the baking sheet) in the oven Preheat at 165 degrees for 5 minutes, then put it directly into the oven for 15-18 minutes, and bake until the edges of the biscuits turn brown.

8.After taking it out, it will be crispy when cooled and soft when hot.Don't put it in a box and store it directly when it's hot, as it will peel easily.
Tips
Too much butter will make it difficult to form a shape, but you can add more flour. This is my recipe for reducing the amount of butter and powdered sugar.
Previously, I put 75 grams of butter, which was too oily and crispy, and it accidentally broke when I picked it up.But individuals can put it according to their own preferences.
