How to make milky brown sugar biscuit sticks

1. Sift together low-gluten flour, milk powder, and baking soda.Beat the brown sugar in a food processor for a few seconds, sift and mix

2. Butter is liquefied by water ( Or microwave it for about 25 seconds) cool and pour into the flour, then pour in the egg liquid and vanilla extract

3.Mix well and knead into a ball.Knead it a few times to make it smoother.

4.Use a rolling pin to roll into a sheet.Three folds up and down.

5.Turn it over and roll it into a 0.5cm rectangular piece, cut it wide with a knife 0.5 cm strips.

6. Use the palm of your hand to round it slightly.Place in baking pan.Preheat the oven to 175 degrees.Bake for about 15 minutes until browned.

7. Store in a sealed container after cooling.

It's delicious as is, or dipped in chocolate sauce.It's delicious.If you don't like brown sugar, use white powdered sugar instead.
