Ingredients
Eggs ( 10ml ) | Cranberries ( 20g ) |
Low-gluten flour ( 60g ) | Butter ( 40 grams ) | Powdered sugar ( 30g ) |
How to make cranberry cookies
1. Thaw and soften the butter at room temperature or in the microwave, chop the cranberries and set aside, and beat the eggs.
2. Mix the powdered sugar into the softened butter and stir well.I use egg beaters.Mix with a machine, about 10 seconds.

Tips
The butter can be softened faster in the microwave.I took it out of the refrigerator for about 1 minute.Be careful to check it every few seconds to prevent it from over-softening.
