Low-gluten flour ( 150g ) | Powdered sugar ( 60g ) |
Butter ( 75g ) | Egg liquid ( 15ml ) |

How to make cranberry cookies

1.Prepare the required materials

2.After the butter is softened, add the powdered sugar and stir evenly with a spatula.(Butter does not need to be whipped)

3.Add the whole egg liquid and stir evenly

4.Add chopped dried cranberries

5.Add low flour, stir evenly, and knead into a dough

6.Wrap in plastic wrap, shape the dough into a rectangle with your hands, put it into the mold and place it in the refrigerator to freeze for about 1 hour

7.Take out the frozen rectangular dough, (I temporarily changed my mind and made it into a margarita)

8.Put in a baking tray, preheat the oven to 180 degrees, and bake the middle layer for about 20 minutes, until the surface turns golden brown.

Tips
The butter does not need to be beaten, just stir well.When slicing, use a knife to cut it quickly to ensure the integrity of the biscuits.The temperature of each oven is different.Please adjust the time according to the temperature of your own oven.
