Cake flour ( 120g ) | Corn starch ( 120g ) |
Cooked egg yolks ( 3 ) | Powdered sugar ( 50g span> ) |
Butter ( 100g ) | Refined salt ( 1.5g ) |
How to make margarita cookies

1.Weigh all the ingredients and set aside!

2.Soften the butter, add powdered sugar and refined salt, and stir with a mixer until uniform.

3.Sift in the egg yolks and continue stirring.(You can also crush the egg yolk with a spoon)
