Low-gluten flour ( 300g ) | Butter ( 150g ) |

How to make peanut butter cookies

1.Weigh all the ingredients and prepare them.Take the butter out of the refrigerator in advance and soften it.

2. Mix the sugar and butter together, use an electric beater to beat the butter until it becomes white.fluffy state.

3.Add one-third of the peanut butter and continue to beat with an electric egg beater until the peanut butter is completely dissolved Pour into the butter and add the peanut butter in three additions, each time being completely dissolved before adding the next time.

4. Butter and peanut butter are beaten together.

5. Then sift in the low-gluten flour, mix well with a rubber spatula, and then use your hands to sort it into dough.

6. After finishing the dough, place it in the refrigerator for half an hour before taking it out.

7. Then divide the dough into balls, roll them into balls of 15 grams each, and put them into a baking tray (Mine is a non-stick baking pan, so I didn’t put grease paper)

8.Press out with a fork pattern.(Preheat the oven to 180 degrees) Place in the oven and bake at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes
