Ingredients
Chiffon cake 6 inches ( 1 ) | Butter ( 15 grams ) |
Marshmallows ( 6 pieces ) | Fine sugar ( 20 grams ) |
Low powder ( 10g ) | Pure milk ( 200g ) |
Corn starch ( 10g ) | Vanilla extract, optional ( 3 drops ) |
Homemade Cream How to make chiffon cakes

1.Soften butter at room temperature and beat into pieces

2.Add milk and marshmallows For other ingredients, break up and mix evenly.

3. When the milk is boiling, be sure to stir constantly to avoid burning the pot.

4. Boil the milk, add marshmallows immediately, I added 9, too much.

5.Stir constantly until the marshmallows are completely melted.

6.Turn off the heat and add the butter batter made in step 2.Stir until it becomes viscous, so that it is in a fluid state, as it will become thicker when placed in the refrigerator.

7. After being refrigerated overnight...

8.Go to a cut piece of chiffon cake and start spreading it, haha, You don’t need to turn on the air conditioner, and you don’t have to worry about the hot weather

9.Apply it , add a layer of sandwiched fruits as you like, I added canned yellow peaches made by myself

10.Apply another layer on top.

11.Simple decoration, sprinkled with chocolate powder
