How to make old noodle steamed buns

1. The leftover dough from the past dumplings is fermented and aged.Fertilizer (noodles), soaked in water.

2. Take 300g of flour and put it into a basin.

3. Pour water and fertilizer into a basin and knead it into a dough, cover it and leave it at room temperature Ferment for 2-3 hours.

Tips
The fermentation time of old noodle steamed buns should not be too long, and an appropriate amount of alkali should be used.Too little steamed buns will be soft, too much steamed buns will turn yellow.Quite ugly!
