How to make Cantonese sausage rolls

1.Put out the flour

2.Add angel yeast powder and water to knead the dough.I kneaded the dough the night before and steamed it the next morning.The dough was already risen.

Tips
You can also roll it into two small strips.Not bad.I was in a hurry that day because the water in the pot was boiling, so I simply made a few noodles and made the remaining noodles into steamed buns.They didn’t look good, but the children especially loved eating them.
