How to make salt and pepper rolls

1. After finding a basin and adding an appropriate amount of water, we then add an appropriate amount of yeast powder, mix the yeast powder and water, and mix evenly.Add another 3 bowls of noodles and knead them into dough.

2.The dough fermented in about two hours, and the fermented dough looked like mine, It will be 1 to 2 times larger than the freshly kneaded dough.

3.We divide the dough several times, take it out and knead it.

4. Divide the dough into several times and roll it into a cake shape.

5. Brush a layer of oil evenly on the cake, then add Just the right amount of salt and pepper.

6. Then roll up the cake and cut it into small squares.

7.Use chopsticks on the cut squares and press them.

8.This is the flower roll that I pressed with chopsticks.

9.Put the Hanamaki into the pot with cold water and wait for the second fermentation.Then start steaming over high heat and boil the water.Then steam for 20 minutes and it's done.

10. Take it out, put it on a plate and you can eat it.
Tips
When we are making dough rolls, 2* are very important.We must put cold water into the pot, cover the pot with a lid and let it ferment for 20 minutes before turning on the fire.
